Polyester Biaxial Geogrid is an exceptional geosynthetic material made from high-modulus polyester yarns. It exhibits excellent heat resistance and long-term durability, along with superior rutting resistance even under high temperatures. The geogrid features a compact woven fabric structure, which forms an efficient grid reinforcement system that generates strong adhesive forces on the subgrade. As a result, Polyester Biaxial Geogrid significantly enhances the bearing capacity of the ground.
PET Biaxial Geogrid is manufactured by knitting high-tenacity multi-filament PET yarns into a grid fabric, available in various mesh sizes and tensile strengths ranging from 20 to 1000 kN/m. The exterior of the PET Geogrid is coated with PVC or a modified polymer mixture, providing resistance to UV radiation, acids, alkalis, and biological decomposition. This precision-engineered geogrid offers superior junction strength and a high soil interaction coefficient, making it ideal for soil stabilization applications.
