1. Who may use the Services
The Services are intended for business customers inquiring about geosynthetics and related products. You represent that you have authority to contact us on behalf of your company.
Staff accounts on the CRM are for our employees and authorized operators only. You may not attempt to access another company’s data or our internal tools without authorization.
2. Inquiries, quotes, and orders
- Website forms, WhatsApp, Messenger, and email are inquiry channels, not automatic contracts.
- Prices, lead times, specifications, and certifications in chats or the catalog are indicative until confirmed in a written quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract issued by us.
- We may refuse, delay, or stop a conversation that is abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to our products.
- Binding supply terms (Incoterms, quality, inspection, payment, warranty) are those in the signed or stamped commercial documents, which prevail over chat history if they conflict.
3. Messaging channels (WhatsApp / Messenger)
- You must comply with WhatsApp and Meta rules when messaging us (no spam, no unlawful content).
- We may use approved message templates outside the customer-care window, in line with Meta policies.
- Delivery depends on Meta / carrier networks; we are not liable for platform outages.
- Do not send content you do not have the right to share.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to probe, scrape, or overload our sites or APIs except as we document for partners; impersonate others; upload malware or bypass authentication; or use our trademarks or Meta-related marks in a misleading way.
5. Intellectual property
Website text, photos, product names, and software in the CRM are owned by us or our licensors. You may share product pages for purchasing evaluation. You may not copy the catalog for a competing website without permission.
6. Confidentiality
Specifications, prices, and drawings we mark confidential (or that are obviously commercially sensitive) should be used only to evaluate a purchase from us. We will treat your project details with reasonable care as described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Disclaimers
The website and messaging workspace are provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted access. Product performance depends on design, installation, and site conditions; published data sheets apply as stated therein.
To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (lost profits, delayed projects) arising from using the website or chat channels. Our liability for a confirmed order is limited as set out in that order’s contract, or if silent, to the amount actually paid for the disputed goods.

10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless a signed sales contract specifies another governing law (that contract controls for that sale). Disputes that cannot be settled amicably may be submitted to the competent court at our principal place of business, unless the sales contract provides arbitration.
