PP Filament Nonwoven Geotextile

PP (Polypropylene) Filament Nonwoven Geotextile is a durable, permeable fabric made from continuous polypropylene fibers, needle-punched to form strong, interlocked filaments, providing excellent filtration, separation, stabilization, and reinforcement in civil engineering for roads, railways, landfills, and drainage, due to its high tensile strength, chemical resistance, and good water flow. 

Key Characteristics

• Material: 100% Polypropylene (PP) continuous filaments.
• Manufacturing: Created by needle-punching, which interlocks the continuous filaments into a strong, felt-like fabric.
• Properties: High strength, good elongation, excellent water permeability, chemical resistance (acids/alkalis), UV resistance (with additives), and resistance to microbes.
• Types: Can be staple fiber or continuous filament, with variations like thermal bonding and UV treatment available.
